Refunds & Returns policy

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT DO FREE RETURNS. There are costs involved, which can vary based on location and volume of order (4.95EU - 24.95EU). We may also refuse returns if conditions are not met.

Returns can take up to 14 days to process  take . Even if the tracking link indicates that we have already received your return, we may still need this time to process your return.

Once your return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment details known to us as soon as possible. If you paid for your order by bank transfer, you can receive your refund within  Expect your money in your bank account within 5 business days*. For PayPal and credit card payments, this can take up to 14 days.


Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, this is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 100 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. The order still contains all the correct parts, components and packaging arrived exactly as the product.
2. During normal handling of the product, breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
3. Products where hygiene is important are thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
4. The product appears to be defective immediately upon receipt.
5. We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.
6. A return will be processed within 7 working days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially recognized within this period.
7. The products are all custom-made, for selected items no returns are accepted.

*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to start the return process.
-Send an email to: info@mizumoda.com
-Make sure the email contains the following:
Order number
Reason for return request
Photo of the product in case of breakage First name + last name, Customer's address
We will then contact you and provide you with the return address.

Never send the return to the sender, we will send you the correct address after you ask us. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.


The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are not predominantly related to his or her trade, business, craft or profession:

Right of withdrawal
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, received or accepted the last goods.
As we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible after receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Mizu Moda of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail). The withdrawal is complete when we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.


Register for shipments in transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times that we have no control over. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance.


To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.


**ALL RETURNS WILL BE SHIPPED TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
